The concerned speciality doctors may not be empanelled with us, however you can write to us via email/sms or call us and we will try to set up a consult with the concerned doctor.
We are unable to provide consultation time slots as per your convenience since most of our doctors work with major hospitals and at present appointments are given as per availability of the doctors. If the allotted time slot is inconvenient, you are free to request a change of the appointment time.
Our doctors need to go through your prescriptions, various scans and lab reports etc., all this is a time consuming effort. After going through the reports our doctors would either advice further evaluation / surgical treatment or treatment via medication. In either case you would have received a second opinion. This would also regulate traffic on the site and ensure genuine patient activity.
Since most of our doctors work with major hospitals, home visits would be taken as per the doctors availability of the speciality requested. You may request a particular doctor from our panel, however he may be assigned to visit you based on availability.
The time for home visit will depend on doctors availability. You will be informed of the visit time over the phone, incase the timing is not convenient, you may request a change in time slot and our team would try to accommodate your request.
Charges for Operation Theatre, ICU, Room and nursing vary from hospital to hospital. Based on the patients budget, our doctors are willing to travel and provide their services in various hospitals empanelled with us. Thus charges may vary by nearly 100% based on the hospital selection.
You need to login to your account on TredMed using your login credentials shared on your registered email address. Againts each appointment, you will see a Cancellation option. You can use this button to Cancel an appointment. We will refund the money in 3 working days. Alternatively, you can send us a text message/Whatsapp/Email on the listed numbers/email address requesting cancellation. We will process the cancellation and refund your payment within 3 working days.
Please inform the doctor about the cancellation. You will not be charged if you haven't consulted our doctor.
