Terms and Conditions

• Tele/ video consult once booked can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge upto 2 hours before the consultation time.
• Any cancellation within 2 hours of the confirmed appointment will incur a cancellation charge of INR 50.
• Home visits once confirmed can be cancelled or rescheduled upto 2 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellation within 2 hours of the confirmed appointment will incur a charge of INR 500.
• Confirmation of a particular surgical treatment will require an advance amount of 10% of the treatment cost. Full payment is expected on the day of surgery.

Refund Policy

• All payments made via cash/ NEFT/IMPS/PAYTM will be refunded within 7 days of receiving a request for cancellation of service and within 15 days incase of payments made via credit card/Debit card/PayU money or any other mode of payment.
